Plan to Achieve the Goal for Short & Long Term

Products of MISP: We plan to produce bank lockers, locks & keys, iron safe with digital combination lock, till box, vault gate, vault lock etc. We supply the above products to different banks on demand (work order)

As per our goal we forecast a short term target and long term target for they company.

A monthly target called a short-term target means that we produce items for a month as much as to earn a profit of at least Tk. 15, 00, 000. Accordingly all departments are allotted with materials to make and prepare the goods for delivery to concerned clients.

A long-term goal is a longer period where volume of production will be greater, to earn greater profit and to benefit the company. The factory will be provided with more volume of materials to meet the objectives. The long-term goal will give the management a breathing time for planning new goals for the future.
